4. Story Behind Each Stone<\/h3>\n

Since there are such large varieties of gemstones available, there’s something for everyone – litterally. You can have a dozen amber rings and none of them will be the same, thanks to the nature of how they’re made. The same goes for tourqoise, moonstone, and, well, just about every other stone. There are little detailsin every peice that make them unique and unlikly to be seen on someone else – as long as they’re genuine, of course. Any stone found in the ground may share characteristics with other stones, but they don’t have a cookie-cutter formula like simulated.<\/p>\n

As mentioned before, gemstones have had a huge part in human history, and were often used as status symbols.<\/p>\n

King Tut has torquoise on his sarcofagis, Napoleon Bonaparte gave Empress Josephine a saphire engagement ring, and Queen Victoria’s entire crown is hard to disect peice by peice because there are so many! Even today’s celebrities flaunt them.<\/p>\n
