What is the production time for karat gold?
Normal processing time is 15 business days but we strive to deliver as soon as possible.
What types of jewellery do you offer for custom orders?

Do you offer items in White or Rose Gold?
Yes, we are able to offer in white and rose gold as well
Can I customize any designs I want?
Yes we can customize any design in either 10 or 14K gold. We can also custom design foreign languages (Arabic, Korean etc.) and special characters.
Are you able to rush orders?
Dependent on the situation, we may be able to rush orders but there will be an additional charge.
Do you have live samples for me to view before placing an order?
Yes, you can see the live samples in the showroom or by visiting our Instagram account for the entire collection of available samples.
