Finding good Halloween events in Toronto can be difficult, especially without the Zombie Walk. There are tons of different celebrations, but many of those are clubs and dance parties – not that there’s anything wrong with that, we just think variety is the spice of life. Some of us want to be spooked or experience significant cultural celebrations. Don’t fret! We’ve put together a list of activities that consist of more than just parties.

4. Halloween Haunt
Alright, so Canada’s Wonderland isn’t in Toronto, but it’s close enough that it’s part of this list. Each year, the team at Canada’s Wonderland transforms this sunny summer theme park into a dark and spooky fair. While the rides and games are open for business, you’ll have to navigate around the zombies, clowns, and other spooks roaming the park. If you’re up to it, be sure to venture through the mazes built around the park. As far as Halloween events in Toronto go, it’s a classic. Bring your children to the Toronto Zoo to get into the spooky spirit! Dress up and ride the Boo Mobile, a trolly that takes you through the premises. Everyone loves High Park – and why wouldn’t you? Gorgeous views in winter, cherry blossoms in spring, and lots of flowers in summer! However, in fall, there’s more than just the changing leaves to enjoy. At the Colborne Lodge Museum, located inside the park, you can hear the legends and stories that took place in the lodge.
