QUALIFIED BUYERS

House of Jewellery is a wholesaler and is not open to the public. In order to view our collection, please ensure that you are an authorized retailer and are able to provide business registration documentation.

Business Registration Documents may include and are not limited to retail sales tax number, master business license number or articles of incorporation.  If you have questions on whether your business registration documents would qualify then please contact us at 1-800-668-4422.

PRICING INFORMATION

All prices on our website are your wholesale costs based on the current silver or gold market. These prices will automatically be adjusted when the market price changes significantly.

PLEASE NOTE THAT PRICES ON THE FINAL INVOICE MAY BE DIFFERENT THEN WHAT IS CURRENTLY PUBLISHED ONLINE; PLEASE CALL US AT 1-800-668-4422 IF YOU WANT CONFIRMATION OF PRICING FOR ALL ITEMS.

If you are using our printed catalogs, the prices shown in those catalogs are wholesale pricing based on the cost of precious metals at the time of printing. Please ensure you confirm pricing either on our website or by calling us directly at 1-800-668-4422.

VOLUME DISCOUNTS

We can offer volume discounts based on pre-negotiated terms. Please call us for more information.

MINIMUM ORDER TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT

All online orders must meet our minimum order of $150 Canadian plus applicable taxes.

INVENTORY

Our new website tracks all inventory in real-time basis thus allowing you to check current inventory values and allowing you to put items on back order. Although we try our best to ensure the process of checking stock is as effortless as possible; there are times where quantities displayed online may differ from what’s on-hand. To ensure we have your desired quantity; give us a call at 1-800-668-4422.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept the following forms of payment:

1. Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard)
2. Interac e-Transfer (for Canadian Residents only)
3. Bank Wire Transfers
4. Company Cheque (upon approved credit terms)

A 2% interest rate per month (24% per annum) will be applied on all unpaid balances plus any other expense incurred due to failure of payment.

All first-time orders are shipped COD. If you wish to apply for Credit, please download and fill in the credit application and return it to us by either email
(info@houseofjewellery.ca) or fax (416) 368-0007. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for the application to be processed. Once approved, you will be eligible to get terms based on our business policies and procedures.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

All packages are sent FOB SHIPPING and we use the following shipping methods:

1. Canada Post (Regular Parcel, Expedited, XpressPost)
2. United Parcel Services (UPS)
3. FedEx
4. Canpar Courier Purolator Inc.

Please specify your preferred shipping method when placing your order. Shipping charges are dictated by the weight, size and speed of shipping method chosen. A nominal handling charge is applied on all orders.

House of Jewellery makes it mandatory for all packages to be shipped with Insurance. If you decide to waive the insurance option, please specify upon order completion. Please note that any lost package in which the buyer has waived the insurance option is NOT the responsibility of House of Jewellery.
