Worry Free Returns!

We guarantee the quality of all our jewellery and aim to satisfy you with every purchase. If any item in your order does not meet your expectations, return the items to us and we will replace it or refund your purchase within 7 days of receipt.


HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS:

  1. Within your My Account page, under Order history, select the order corresponding to the product(s).
  2. Within the order page, check off which products (and indicate the quantity) you are returning.
  3. Remember to include a reason for the return, with as much detail as possible, in the text box below the "Merchandise return" header.
  4. Click the "MAKE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION SLIP"
  5. You will receive an email confirming the receipt of your return request. Once we have reviewed the request you will receive another email indicating its status.
  6. If your request is approved you will receive via email a Return Authorization Slip as a PDF attachment.
  7. Please call us at 1 (800) 668-4422 if at any time you have questions or concerns about the process. 
  8. Please ship back the defective merchandise with the RA Number clearly written on the front of the package.
  9. Returns payments may take up to 10 business days to process upon receipt.
  10. PLEASE NOTE: ANY PACKAGES RETURNED WITHOUT AN RA NUMBER MAY BE DENIED.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

• Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your package.  
• We cannot repair, replace or accept returned merchandise after it has been sold to your retail customer. 
• Any missing merchandise claims must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.
• 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
• We do not do stock balancing
