We guarantee the quality of all our jewellery and aim to satisfy you with every purchase. If any item in your order does not meet your expectations,we have a 7- day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately or within 3 days of receiving the order, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns for all other reasons will have a 15% restocking fee.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items such as 10K Solid Gold Permanent Chains and Special Orders or Personalized items are NOT eligible for returns, exchanges, or discount upon the order confirmation as they are FINAL SALE.

Please fill out the form and email back to email@example.com with PDF attachment.
We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number once we approve your request.
Please ship back the defective merchandise with the Return Authorization Number clearly written on the front of the package.
Returns payments may take up to 10 business days to process upon receipt.
