Step 3: Email your completed order form to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will confirm your order via email or phone.

1. Please note that items and pricing may be subject to change without notice.
2. Pricing will be confirmed upon order confirmation.
3. Processing time is three business weeks.
4. Personalized orders are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for returns, exchanges, or discount upon the order confirmation.
5. All orders are COD ONLY and the payment is collected upon the order submission.
6. All orders are submitted for manufacturing every Friday. As such, the three business week processing time will start the Friday you submit your order. If the Friday falls on a holiday, the order will be submitted on Thursday. Orders placed before Friday will not be submitted earlier. Orders placed on Saturday will not be added to the already submitted order.
7. Personalized orders cannot be cancelled once submitted.
1. Are you able to create my own personalized design?
Possibly. It depends on the nature of the design and will come with an additional cost. Please email or call us for more information.
2. Do you offer the Personalized Collection in karat gold?
At this time the items are only available in the following metals:
-Rhodium-plated sterling silver
-Gold vermeil sterling silver
3. Do you have live samples for me to view before placing an order?
Yes, you can see the live samples in the showroom or by visiting our Instagram account for the entire collection of available samples.
4. Do you have an in-store display?
At this time we do not have an in-store display, but we are working on creating one in the near future.
